We are looking for experienced management professionals in the financial services industry, they should be target oriented, tenacious, self motivated and team players.

To be responsible for the following tasks:

 Active recruitment of new staff and interviewing of prospective candidates.

 Provide ongoing training for all consultants on weekly basis.

 Developing consultants through Competent Advisors Status and beyond, through observation,   assessment and feedback of consultants meetings

 Weekly/Monthly KPI’s, sales and performance figures report to Area Managers.

 Compliance activities, budgeting and cost control.

 Basic salary, benefits and uncapped commissions are provided.
