Overview:

This position is located in Hong Kong branch office of one of our clients. Its main responsibilities involve providing full support to all areas of local office management through Head Office.

The right candidate will be:

v   Hong Kong national or Permanent Resident with HKID

v   Qualified to IIQE and/or SFC level

v   Previous experience of Broker Management (2 + years)

v   Native level of English

To be responsible for the following tasks:

v   Recruitment of new staff

v   Ensuring compliance in all areas of activity in line with CIB/SFC requirements.

v   Regular management reporting including: Sales Performance, Cost & Budget, Recruitment, Compliance, Administration.

v   Basic salary, commissions and benefits.
